Archery Europe meeting

Role of the competition: propagation of archery, to keep in touch with archers
Date: 31th October, 2009 / Saturday / Start at 10 am.
Location: A forest called „Sötétvölgy”, near Szekszárd / From Budapest on road 6, in the last traffic circle in front of Szekszárd the right way is direction of Pécs, and between the 147 and 148 kilometre sign should turn left to Sötétvölgy /It will be signed/. Than straight ahead, and at the end of the road the GPS coordinate is the following: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/5842965. Please use the car park.
Registration fee: Dinky- Mini- 500Ft, 1 Euró (with lunch), child- adolescent, 5 Euró -1500 Ft (with lunch), juvenile- 2500 Ft 9 Euró (with lunch), adult- 3500 Ft, 12 Euró (with lunch). The lunch will be delicious Beangoulash, maximum for 270 people. Lunch for guests: 600 FT( 2 Euró).
Registration deadline: 29th October, Wednesday. Registration in written form, with accurate datas: Name, Age, Category. Please observe the date with the registration!
Penalty for laziness: 500 Ft!( 2 Euró) In case of registration int he field, the lunch is not in the price! Limited amount will be sold in the field, if there will be enough.
Rifle ranges: From 5 to 50 meters, unmeasured distances, dependent on age, and category.
Targets: 28 pieces of 3D targets, and plus 1 JOKER moving target (running sow). Achievable for plus points.
The process of the competition: 1 shoot, on 2 separate fields, (tradis-Csigás),in allotted teams, with guide. Categories: 1. Historical: nomad, 2. Longbow, 3. Vadászreflex 4. Barebow, 5. Olympic, 6. Csigás irányzékos, 7. Csigás szkópos, 8. Csigás irányzék nélkül, 9. Számszeríj, 10. Other, own made (primitív íj), separate women-men.
Age groups: Dinky: 5-6 years old, Mini: 7-8 years old, Child: 9-12 years old, Adolescent: 13-14 years old, Juvenile: 15-17 years old, adult: above 18 years old, Senior: above 50 years old.
At the determining of the age group, we consider the age passed till the day of the competition.
On the competition everybody can participate only for his/her own responsibility, everyone have to declare about it.
We are waiting for totally beginner archer also. As far as possible, they will be evaluated separately.
Awards: In each category the first 3 competitor win ceramic medal, charter, cup.
The first, second, and third team is valuated separately.
Region champion will be chosen!!
Rewarded: Presents- according to age.
The competitor, who comes from the farest place, gets a bottle of wine (Szekszárdi Bikavér) as a present. The regular Alisca buffet is operating there also.

The forest is a good place for trips for the members of the family, and a fishing-lake is near also. The fild is walking field, with difficulties, and a very good lunch at the end.

In case of good weather while the result will be summarized, we re-order the távlövészet.Registration fee: 300 Ft,(2 Euró) with separate award.
Please the representatives of the countries to bring their flag also.
At the race the second open Forest Exhibition will be presented, (with a name of Alisca Archery Forest Art, from the creation, and pictures of archers. The aim: introduction of our values, versatility. Newspaper/TV issue is expected. The criteria of issue: Archery membership, registration for it: together with registration for the competiton.
